Query regarding my Reporting

Post by atif22pk » Fri Oct 24, 2014 2:06 am

Hi dear sir/madam!
I m in uk more then 8 years & I have claimed asylum two & half month ago with my family wife, & two UK born kids 5+ & 2+. Elder kid is going full time school.
We Haven't call for full interview yet.
First they called me to report every two weeks, then once monthly & now they ask me to come for report after six month.
So I m curious why is it like this? What does it mean by this routine? Is good for my case?

Kind regards

The frequency of your reporting does not indicate whether your case is good or bad.Wait till you get your decision.

Thank u so much for your kind reply.
But According to the frequency of reporting, can we assume that they wil take long time to decide?

@Aiza78601

Just to tell u a story about a family who got their stay 2 weeks ago

A guy came form south africa in 2006 on south african passport but pakistani origin. (entry on that time).

Claimed asylum (stateless) refused than appeal all appeals exhausted.

In 2009 meet a pakistani student girl. They did nikah. 2010 first baby born. 2011 girl claimed asylum fear of return as family will kill her

she married to a guy here and not accepted by her family. refused all appeals exhuasted

in may 2014 went to reporting they were told to fill Pakistani consult forms for their passport.

They were scared that they r going to deport them soon.

July 2014 reporting officer said u need to put any application otherwise u will be deported.

went to solicitor he said u r not fulfilling any criteria i don't know what to apply for u

2 weeks ago from no where HO send them a letter that they r going to grant all of them 30 months discretionary leave.

Biometric received after 3 days of the letter.
