I was directed by a friend to join this immigration forum.My name is kofi,i applied for zambrano due to the fact that i have an Irish child and its over 8 months now and no decision yet. I have had various correspondence asking for proof of address and how i play a role in my childs life.in the letter they said submit within 10 working days and a decision will be made. I hqve supplied them all the documents for over 2 months now and no response.how can i get Inis to make a decision on my case as me not knowing my fate in the country is affecting my normal day life.please any advise will be appreciated

Did u applied through a solicitor or yourself ?

I applied by myself and documents were sent by registered and it was signed for since.

Are you mother or father of the child ?

I am tge father of the chikd and reside with the child and tye mother.pls any help needed

If mother living with the child you will get soon.some times
It takes bit longer for father.

They should give you within 8 months.
What basis Mother got stamp 4 ? Is she married ?

The mother was married b4 to a ghanian who has an irish passport and got her stamp 4 .they had 2 kids together but things didnt work out again and they still see when he brings the kids over for the weekend.so in all my partner has 3 kids. 2 from former spouse and one with me but we are not married yet because she isnt divorced or officially seperated.

Hi sorry for late repley. I think they first start look at child mother status during child birth.is she reported to immigration she is no longer living with her husband ? Is bit complicated. Main thing is if she have right to have stamp 4 . You will get it soon.
I think u need a lawyer to deal with it.
