Stay period for Tier 4(Student visa)

I just wonder how long I could stay in UK after completion of my MASTER DEGREE in Manufacturing Engg. so that I could apply for job? And what is condition to apply for a job and if I want to stay in UK thereafter?

If your course is one year or more than one year longer then you will get extra 4 months after you complete your course. If you can find a job at that time and the company is willing to sponsor you then they can arrange necessary steps to help you to apply for a Tier - 2 visa
