Need help on ILR SET(m) application absences

Post by haiksuresh » Wed Oct 29, 2014 12:05 pm

Hi Gurus,
My ILR application was straight-forward, I am little worried about my wife's application.

Main Applicant eligible to apply ILR on 18-Sept-2015.

Dependent first entry to UK was on 10-May-2011.

My Wife absences & UK Stay details as follows.

Absences are as follows :-

10-Jun-2012 to 21-Oct-2012 [Total 133 days]
15-Mar-2013 to 19-Mar-2013 [Total 4 days]
09-Jan-2014 to 12-May-2014 [Total 123 days]
02-Jun-2014 to 13-Nov-2014 [Total 164 days]

UK Stay as follows :-

10-May-2011 to 10-Jun-2012 [Total 1 year 1 month 0 days]
21-Oct-2012 to 15-Mar-2013 [Total 0 year 4 month 22days]
19-Mar-2013 to 09-Jan-2014 [Total 0 year 9 month 21days]
12-May-2014 to 02-Jun-2014 [Total 0 year 0 month 21days]
13-Nov-2014 to 18-Sep-2015 [Total 0 year 10month 6 days]

Total UK Stay :- 3 year 2 month 10 days [not continuous]

Here my questions are

1) She was not continuously away from UK more than 180 days in her entire stay in UK, I believe no need to mention any thing in her ILR Set(m) application absence history section.

2) As per above Absences & UK stay details, whether she can apply for ILR along with me ? If not when she can eligible for ILR ?

Thanks & Regards,
Suresh

I don't think dependents have any issues with Absences for ILR.
