Hi,
Just to clarify on following section :

7.11. How long have you lived in the UK? years months
Please provide details of any periods of absence of more than six months during that time.

I got Tier 1 G in Feb 2010 but I been in UK since sep 2004 (student +Pws) , Do I have to count the time live in UK from sep 2004 or FEB 2010(First Tier 1 approval).

NO.

This relevant to the time on which the application is based.

Normally, 4 yrs 11 months.

If you calculate the time before the Tier 1 visa, you would apply under 10 yrs long residency instead completion of 5yrs under Tier 1 G
