Happy to hear that you received documentsKid82 wrote:Reason for my refusal was that i was out of the country for 191 days (5 year period) instead of 180. I had sent proofs i.e. Medical certificates and marriage certificate for the delays. Caseworker did not consider them and refused the visa but the judge did in the hearing and the appeal was allowed.

Can you let me know whether the judge allowed the appeal for the home office to reconsider your application on the basis of exceptional circumstances and to exercise use of discretion on the calculation of continuous residence ?Kid82 wrote:Reason for my refusal was that i was out of the country for 191 days (5 year period) instead of 180.
