Help needed please. when is the earliest to satisfy 5yr?

My original tier 1 general was 2 years, starting from April 2011.
I didn't come to UK until 15th September and I stayed here for less than 2 weeks for graduation.
Second arrival was 9th Jan 2013, and I extended my visa on 10th April for another 3 years.
After than, I only left very briefly.

So to count for 5 years backwards, if I apply for PR in July 2017, would it be okey?

Coz it'll be

July 2016-July 2017
July 2015-July 2016
July 2014-July 2015
July 2013-July 2014
July 2012-July 2013 ------- When I wasn't away for longer than 180 days, even though I wasn't in UK before that?

or

I have to wait until January 2018?

Yes you need wait until January 2018. I am also similar kind of situation. I called UKBA & also consulted a solicitor on this. But all say you can't consider..
