Over all it has been almost more than 2 months of being sumitted application and I recieved exceptionally complex letter 40 days ago since then i have not heared anything from HO!!!

Its really furstrating...

Has anyone got idea what will happen , interview or ...? (i know its funny thing to be asked because no one belong to HO)

Does anyone know that how many people have been refused and interviewed after receiving exceptionally complex letter?

Received letter today from HO that they need more time to decide my case, very strange almost after two months of my application i am receiving this letter, now lets see whats gonna happen with my application.

Share your views if any of you guys received such notification from HO?

I received exceptionally complext letter more than one month ago since then heared nothing..

Dont worry bro you will get visa sooner or later..

Can you please let us know either u have applied a team or on your own, third party or money in personal account , business account was open after 11th of july or before?

Because only these type of issue takes longer time to be decided..

Bro i opened company in mid June, but business account late july, i have my personal account overseas and i am doing it at my own, no third party, my timeline is
Applied 2nd Sep
Bio done on 12 Sep
exceptionally complex letter received 27 Oct

I don't think you have anything to worry about. It depends on the case worker. They have to deal with a certain number of cases and if they cannot do so, complex case helps them out of it.

is anyone know how long home office will take to make decision about visa , i apply last week of august n i gave ma biometrics first week of sep till todays date no reply n no news,,,,,

Here is my timeline guys:
Applied: 4th September
Biometrics: 19th September
They sent a letter to my dependant today that they would normally make a decision in 8 weeks time but they cannot decide her application because they need to interview the main applicant
However, i have not received interview letter and may receive it in a day or two

Anyone that received a complex case letter been invited for an interview or approved visa? I applied on the 16th sept and has today just received a letter saying my application raises exceptional complex issues and requires further time to consider the case.

I applied on 2nd Sep and received same letter on 24th Oct, since then no response from HO,

We need to update each other if there is any progress in our cases.
