Asylum support and Judicial Review

Post by intellect1 » Thu Oct 30, 2014 9:54 am

Hi,
I need some advice. I applied for asylum which was refused and then I applied for Human rights under article 8 which was also refused. Now, I am planning to go for judicial review on that but someone told me that if you go for judicial review your support will be stopped or you may be put under section 4(which is support through card only). I am currently under section 95(support through cash). Can anyone please advice me if this is going to happen?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply aiza.
By any chance do you know anything about section 4? When do they put someone in section 4(support through sort of prepaid card)?

Its all complicated because I know someone who has submitted fresh claim recently and he is also on section 95.
I think the point you raised related to the removal(under consideration/delay due to some reasons) could be the case.

Anyways, Thanks for the reply :)
