UK Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) visas with dependent's TOEIC

My wife extend her student visa on august 2012 using TOEIC (she gave TOEIC exam on 26th February 2012) then she went back to Bangladesh to apply on my (I was tier 1 PSW visa) dependent. Then she came back with PSW dependent visa.
Now I have applied for Tier 2 visa on 21/08/2014 and I put her file as a dependent.
Now it’s more than 10 weeks. We gave biometric on 13/09/2014. After that I did not receive any letter.
Can anyone tell me why they are taking too long? Is it because of my wife’s TOEIC?
What I can do?

Any one can help me wiling this?

It is more than likely being held up by the TOEIC issue.
If the exam result she relied on in the past was one deemed as invalid because of deception they will refuse her visa.
