Tier 1 (G) Dependent ILR Eligibility

Hi All,

Can you please help me with the below query.

1) I have got Tier-1 General in 12-Nov-11, I mentioned my travel date is on 12-Feb-12, it has been issued from 12-Feb-12 to 11-Feb-14, I entered in UK on 13-Feb-11, I and my wife got extension till Feb-2016.

2) My wife was entered in UK on 20-Apr-11, her visit to India as below
Travelled Date Stayed overseas(India)
29-June-13 78 Days
25-Jan-14 55 Days
21-Sept-14 Planning to stay till Jan-2015 (around 130 days)

Q1 : I am eligible to go for ILR in Jan-16, As she entered in Apr-2011 and stayed more than 2 years, Is my wife eligible for ILR along with me ?

Q2 : If she is not eligible for the ILR what will be the alternates ?
