Spouse Visa

Post by k986055 » Tue Nov 18, 2014 11:00 am

Dear All,

I recently got married to my wife who is from Pakistan and now I want to bring her over to live with me. I am not too familiar with what I need to do and how to apply for the visa etc.
What forms do I need to complete?
What information do I need to provide?
Should I do the application myself or should I use a solicitor? which will be more successfully
What cost are involved?

I am a British citizen in full time employment.

any assistance/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

M

She may apply to join you (Appendix FM-SE, English, Guidance).
