Brother Dependant EU Rights

Dear folks,

I am British National living in UK.I am going to set up the Business in Ireland.
If i move there and sponsor my brother.My brother is living in Pakistan and non EU national

Can i do this using the EU Treaty Rights.

You need to show that he's dependent on you e.g you can attach any money/fund receipts you sent him. How old is your brother and have you moved to Ireland yet or are you still in the UK?
