tier 1 titanic boat,

hi, guys and experts, can you please suggest me what to do next,
after waiting for almost 2 years for tier 1 entrepreneur application. applied march 2013. bio done, received exceptional letter after one year,
still decision is pending at HO, i think i am in the boat called "tier 1 entrepreneur titanic " floating alone in the never ending sea,.
can anyone please rescue me,
p.s: local MP could not rescue, Representative could not rescue, and had and inquiry in Home office but answer is still pending.

Sorry about that...did u apply 200k or 50k route? What was your previous visa?

now can i withdraw my application, i would like to go back to my home country,
