PEO Appointments - How to Best Secure

Hi,

I need to have the PEO appointment on Jan 6-10, 2015 (my Tier 1 extension expires on Jan 15, 2015) but I am traveling beforehand. I understand that appointments are released 40 days beforehand. I tried to, today for example, go and select a Jan 1, 2015 appointment (which is exactly 40 days ahead) but no appointments were available. I was also under the impression that the issue of booking appointments and the website being down are no longer a problem.

What is the best way/approach to get the PEO appointment for the dates I am looking for?
