Hi,
It am main applicant my wife is my dependent we applied tier1 entrepurneur which was refused and I have appeled and hearing on 5th feb2015.

Now there is an emergency in backhome ,my wife has to fly so can I withdraw her file only ??

Plz reply and oblige
