ILR 10yr route > Do I need to submit all progress reports?

Hello there!

I will be applying for ILR - 10 year route in a couple of months. I know that I need to submit the following mainly, current and old passports covering 10 yrs, photos, current Biometric card, Life in the UK, and Certificate of course taught in English (for English proficiency).

1. But do I still need to submit all my progress reports from previous colleges or my latest college progress report?
2. Do I need to include character references as well?

I did Bachelor's and MBA. What do you think I can provide to show English proficiency beside certificate that can be issued by my college? Thanks a lot! Certificate of Enrolment?

Where did you study? If you studied and did your degree in the UK, then your degree certificate will be enough to meet the English requirement.
