Just wait until it comes and go to ur embassy here in ireland if there is any to authenticate it with a keep it short and simple note. now i dont know what explanation should i give here? and should i write in email or should i write/print on computer and sign and send by post? but question remain same what best explanation can i come up with which does not make issue complicated. i appreciate all the help
