Switch to TIER2 from TIER4

I did my Masters degree on TIER 4 visa (Sept 2013- Sep 2014) after which I recently started a professional PgDip course (9 months) on a new TIER 4 Visa. After the completion of this course in June 2015, I will apply for jobs and look for an employer to sponsor me.
My question is: Will the employer be exempt from RLMT because I have a UK masters degree, OR the Masters degree should be obtained on the current TIER4 visa in order to be exempt from RLMT ?
I read the TIER 2 Policy guidance and was a bit confused on this point. Any guidance will be much appreciated.

If you have extended your current visa here then it wont be a problem. You can get tier2
