tier 1 general time duration

Hi all,
need some info about tier 1 general time duration i got my tier 1 visa in 2011 and extension in 2014 it was due in 2013 but for some reasons they took it long so my concern is wud this period of more than 1 year count towards ilr cos if it does then i ll eligible for ilr in 2016?
