Sponsor non eea wife after ROR following divorce

I was married to an EEA national for 3 years but things didn't work out well, we got divorced. I applied for retention of rights following divorce and RP was given for another 5 years.
I have a new partner and a new born baby now who are non EEA nationals and living in India.
Is there anyway to sponsor them or do I have to wait for my PR?

your help will be highly appreciated.

You can't use the EEA regulations if you are not EEA national. RoR just means you retain your right of residence. Nothing else.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
