A New SIA Licence Question

Hello guys,i have a query about my friend. He on tier 1 Entrepeunuer visa. He willing to apply for New SIA licence.Will SIA have any objection.or he can make a Licence with this visa.

I think he can because if someone wants to open a security company then he need a Sia licence. It's better if you give a ring to Sia. They are very helpful regarding visa issues.

Absolutely yes anyone on tier 1 entrepreneur visa can make or renew Sia
