Child Born in India and came to UK on Tier 1 child Dependent

Post by naras » Fri Nov 28, 2014 4:22 pm

Hi,

In next month we are going to apply for ILR me and my wife , But I have a query for my son. He born in India in 2007 and came to uk on June 2013 on Tier 1 child dependant visa. Is it fine to exclude him from ILR and directly apply under MN1 form?

No, it may be safer if you included him for ILR.
