I am GCholder and have sponsored my UK husband with the 1-130.It was put in on February 03 and will not be processed until at least 2007.He has tried to get info on other visas but whilst the 1-130 is pending it makes getting any other visa unaccessable because he would be then trying to get conflicking visas.One as an immigrant and one as a non immigrant.! He is able to buy an existing business and go for anE2 visa but not with the 1-130 pending.But this would get him into the US quicker.He has no qualifications or work experience that would qualify him to any other visas and is to old for student visa.Has anyone got any help or advise as to what to do? Do we cancel the 1-130 and go for the E2?Anyone with the E2 and living in US please contact us. Help please anyone .
