Aww congrats on your wife been pregnant..
And please note this your wife been pregnant doesn't give the application a fast track priority...
I have few question to ask.
Are you legally married to her and do you work?
We continue from there..

Oh great...
Tell your wife to get doctor report on the pregnancy and you need to write a cover letter explaining to them that you wants to keep an eye on her as there is no body to help her during the pregnancy you dont want her going through it by herself that you would have gone to take care of her but you can't leave your job so you want her here with you. so you can keep an eye on her and the baby..
explain as much as you can..
Hoping that and every other documents needed will do..

Just an advice.. good luck
