PEO Appointment - Need help from to check Document List

Hi All,

I am making an application for ILR at Liverpool - have taken a personal appointment for me and my wife as dependent on 29 December 2014. My Visa was granted to me on 25 Jan 2010, and when I extended things last time it was given till 6 Feb 2015?

As I have taken appointment on 29 Dec ( exactly on 28th day before 5 year finishes as per 25 Jan 2010 ). Am I ok with that or should I have counted 28 days from 6 Feb 2015?

These are the documents I have :

For me ( main applicant):

1. I have taken 12 months period ( Oct 2013 - Sep 2014 ) , so have 12 payslips for this period
2. Bank statements covering above period
3. Employer letter confirming salary
4. employer letter confirming absences
5. P60 since 2008 , missing 2011 can't find it. I ordered HMRC tax document that covers period from 2008 till date just in case.
6. Saving accounts statements that shows money in my account for over last 12 months ( well above minimum threshold that need maintaining)
7. Passport & BRP
8. 2 Passport Size Photos

For my wife (dependent)

1. 2 years council tax bills
2. 2 years Gas & Electricity Bills
3. Last 3 years tenancy agreements
3. Marraige Certificate
4. Her Bank statements for last 12 months showing funds maintained
5. Passports & BRP
6. 2 Photos
7. Her MSC degree in UK , taught in English

Am I ok with all above or do I need anything else with all above? Please let me know.

Hope everything looks good to me. wait for seniors response as well.

1) Points based calculator print out
2) Make sure for Degree taught in English requirement. (for both of you.)
3) Life in UK certificate
4) If you have time get a letter from electoral for cohabitation, But seems you don't have much time so ignore it.

Just make sure you organise it nicely for the case worker. As they like it if its simple.
