Urgent Help, Pre action protocol notice

Dear All.

Can we send pre action protocol notice by our self? What is the procedure? Is that notice only on simple paper or any form for it? Plz help as i am cheated by my Barrister that he has sent a PAP but in fact he did not,

Hi Can we send the pre action protocol by ourself rather than going through with solicitor?
