thank you so much frontier mole for taking interest on my caseFrontier Mole wrote:You are not going to succeed on any appeal if you have not actually undertaken all the steps required to advertise your business.
Essentially you have flyers and business cards and nothing else. It is not going to convince a judge that you are serious about the business. You did the easy and cheap options but those that involve more funding and were harder to complete.
Sorry it does not look that great for you.
thankyou for your reply and sorry to say this you are trying to tell me that i am not a genuine entrepreneur ,you are taking me case to a new different world my company was trading since june i got my contracts in june my business account was opened before 11 july the only thing was missing from my case is online advertisements with due respect as i said to you earlier HO has mentioned to give one or more in which they have advertising materialFrontier Mole wrote:As at 11 July what exactly did you have in place will be the question that will be put to you in court.
If you have essentially only the invoices for the flyers and business cards and little else the appeal will fail.
It is all about evidence as at 11 July in regards the decision to refuse. It is about the balance of probability that you on 11 July did not have a viable trading enterprise. Given what you have posted about step by step and what happened after the caseworkers judgement is accurate.
Your business might have taken off now but at 11 July if it did not premises, contracts etc it is no more than a couple of supplier invoces.
Have you invested your £50k? If so how much and on what?
That might and I stress might convince the court.
