Dependents Application Outside UK

I want to know what is the actual requirement for maintenance funds while applying for dependents.

If the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Migrant is in UK for 6 months then how much funds he should have to bring his two dependents from outside UK. I thought that the requirement will be £1,800 x 2= £3,600 + £3,100 = £6,700, but point number 48 in dependents guide mentions that amount required will be £1,800 x 2= £3,600 + £900 = £4,500.

Please advice which one is the correct position.

Secondly for dependents application is it necessary to show proof of accommodation and proof of business in UK, because in dependents guide the requirements for dependent application are proof of relationship + proof of maintenance funds+ Proof of Main applicants status in UK.

I have gone through the guide and i have quoted the point #48 is confusing

I think once Tier 1 Enterpreneur got visa then he does not needs to show maintemnance for himself(as he did it already)
because dependents can use their own funds or main applicants funds.If dependents are usinfg thier own funds they are not required to show your(Tier1 E visa holder) maintenance at all .Do they?
as it is for the ones who are applying.

If some one is aplying Tier1 Enterprenuer with dependesnts then it is required,

Tier 1 enterprenuer is not required to show maintennace again.there is a bit confusion but people who applied with main aplicants maintenance of 90 days got visas.

I have applied for my dependents with mine maintenance of more than 100 days lets see.

Yes you have got the point but i have to play safe as i am using my own account to show dependents maintenance funds. Therefore i will keep the main applicant funds as well as the dependents funds but only want to confirm how much i have to show.

Can you please give your opinion on other points in my original post?

PLEASE HELP FOR dependant visa
i got my t1 entrepreneur visa in April now I am going to apply for my dependent's visa this Monday from India
Document list:
- Applicant passport (Original)
- Marriage certificate (Original)
- Main Applicant’s bank statement for maintenance fund (Original)
- Main applicants passport copy
- Main applicants Visa/BRP copy
- Communication records (Whats app & Mobile call record)
- Marriage invitation card (Original & Translated notarised copy)
- Rent agreement for United Kingdom address (Original)
- Applicants Indian voter ID card (Original)
i dont have wedding snaps any other document or suggestion will be highly appreciated
