Should we require appointment to collect documents Pakistan

Hi guys,

My wife has received this message today for collection of documents after yesterday email from ISL high commission of completion of application and delivery of documents to VFS. Today VFS sent below sms. should she go to collect the documents or wait for any phone calls or book appointment to collect documents or should we go there now for collection.

The processed visa application for GWF ref no. (********) was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 12/12/2014. If a courier service was purchased from VFS, your processed visa application will be delivered to the chosen address. If not, the documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.

We got the sms today. where can we track the status. which website. i have checked VFS pakistan no option there.

hav u submitted docs through gerry? if yes then it shud hav track application

yes we did with garrys. No there is no option available there to track the application. i have checked the same weblink you sent it to me. anyway best thing is to go there in person to collect documents. thanks

omg, i received the same email but on the 12/16/14..
i'm also confused about the collection of documents..
also, does this mean the visa was rejected or granted?.. i read on another thread that when it says "resolved" the visa is granted..
please let me know the outcome, this is a very nerve wracking experience for me
ps: this is from Fiji.. .. i just posted here coz i couldn't find anything else that was even closely relevant to my queries..

yes she got visa. she collected it on monday.
