How to bring my non EU wife to uk, if i have permanent resident card(under eu law for 10 .years)

How to bring my non EU wife to uk, if i have permanent residence after divorce from my EU wife .
Which visa she need apply for?
Is she need to show any prove that she will returned after visa expired?
Is she need to show her bank statement with application ?

You need to be earning 18,600 and then she need to pass an English language exam.

You also need to have suitable accommodation.

If you can show all of that, then you may be able to sponsor her.
