Hi Valdinis,
Can you please explain the reason why you were deported from UK? Were you deported from any of the Airports / Ferry Ports as in refused entry to the UK?
Otherwise I don't see any problem of you going to Ireland as an EU Citizen.

Hi Valdinis,
I still don't see a problem of you travelling to Ireland as an EU Citizen. However you may contact your nearest Irish Embassy / Consulate to be 100% sure.
Irish Embassies / Consulates addresses can be found at www.dfa.ie
