Hi guys. I need help.
Is it ok to leave the Uk on the same day that the visa expires? I've booked my ticket to go back home but I am a little bit concerned about leaving on the same day it expires. Is it ok?

It's okay. At worst, you may have overstayed by one day.

Will not be an issue. 28 day grace period before they get worked up about it.

No problem. Visa is valid up to and until the day it expires. On the day it expires you are still in the country lawfully

It should be fine as the day of departure is the same day your visa is expiring...

you would have to leave the country before ur visa expires! It does not matter if you're in mid-air when that happens ;-)

When you're applying for visa next time ensure that you complete the below question correctly. when they ask you have you overstayed - mark it as no. If you say yes based on the above then you are opening a whole can of worms! so beware when you fill the forms next time.
