ILR for Dependant of Tier 1 General visa holder

Post by micz8 » Thu Dec 18, 2014 1:04 pm

Dear All

Anyone please help me a bit.

My ILR on the basis of Tier 1 General is due in March 2015 (5 years of continous residence). My wife came to UK as my dependent in June 2012.

My question is, will she can apply for ILR same time as me in March 2015??

Thanks

ILR on the basis of 5 years of Tier 1 General visa

Post by micz8 » Fri Dec 19, 2014 2:55 pm

Dear all,

I am due to apply for ILR in March 2015 on the basis of 5 years on Tier 1 General visa. My wife will be applying same time as me as my dependent.

Could anyone know the rules with regard to maintenance funds? How much required and for how long etc.

Thanks in advance for help.

Dear All,

I am due to apply for ILR on Tier 1 General visa 5 years continuous basis.

Do I need to to take IELTS or ESOL again?

Please note that the IELTS test certificate was already provided at the time of initial application.

No need for maintenance fund for ilr in your case.

If IELTS not expire, then you can use it.
