Tier 1 (General) Change of Circumstances - Before Extension

• Current visa: Tier 1 (General)
• Date of PEO Appointment : To be taken
• Date of expiry of current leave (visa) : March 2015
• Number of Applicants: Main Applicant + 2 Dependants

Hi All,

While going through the extensions forms I realised few personal details have changed as compared to my previous status, these include: -
1. Address.
2. Spouse passport.
3. Spouse name - She added my sir name to existing name, so actually she has a new sir name and a middle name(?) now.

Can some one please provide any information based on experience? My key queries are: -

1. Can I club it together with my Tier 1 Extension?
2. If need to send this form, then Do I need to attach document as proof of change of personal details, address details, passport etc.?
3. How long will it take for UKBA to confirm this to me?
4. Any other details which can help please?

well, has your wife got her national passport with the new surname?
in practice, home office will not acknowledge anything as a new name until and unless there is a national passport in that new name

Yes she has got the new non-UK passport now and the name of BRP is "fname + father sire name" and new passport is ""fname + father sire name + my sir name". Please suggest on the queries.

• Date of expiry of current leave (visa) : March 2015
• Number of Applicants: Main Applicant + 2 Dependents
• Application Status: Approved for 3 years
• BRP Card Status: Received in 2 days.

We reached at 11:45 am and were all done by 2:05 pm @ Croydon. Parked at Whitgift shopping mall, which was very convenient.
Please note I had lost my BRP cards and which I mentioned in application status. This was also taken care without any issues.
My wife name change and address change were taken care without any issues.
