Leave to Remain

Hi Guys,

Please guys I need your advice on my 10 year route application as a parent of a child in the Uk.I came into the uk with a visitors visa after my student visa expired.During my time here,My partner was sick and admitted in the hoapital and I discovered that my partner was pregnant,Her sickness was serious so i had to stay with her.We went to the registry and were officially married and God has bless us with a chid now.Both my wife and child are british citizens.

She is not working at the moment but she get income support and housing benefit form the government.

I have been adviced to make this application based on paragraph Ex 1 and Article 8 of the human rights.Please I strongly need more information on this as I was told again that since am here on a visiting visa and I have overstayed that I will be refused.

Please kindly advice me on what to do.
