ILR Appilcation -Tier1(General) 5 yrs route

Hello All,

I booked an appointment for my ILR application with Croydon PEO for my self and 3 dependants (spouse+2kids) for same day visa on 02Feb2015.Need your help on below queries please.

Initial Visa start duration (Tier1-general applied in Pune):- 26/02/2010 to 26/02/2013

But I came to UK on 25-Apr-2010 (after 2 months exactly and within 90 days period)

Extended visa duration (Tier1-general extension applied in Croyodon): got visa valid till 26/02/2015

Below are my UK absence details:-

Journey 1) Date left UK on 14th aug 2010 and return UK on 29th aug 2010

Total 15 days

Journey 2) Date left UK on 04th June 2011 and return UK on 19th June 2011

Total 15 days

Journey 3) Date left UK on 07th Feb 2013 and return UK on 24th Feb 2013

Total 17 days

My question is :- Including my late initial entry (after 60days of visa start date) and my absences (47 days) total 107 days are wont be affect/impact my ILR applcation which i am applying on 02feb2015....and these wont comes under 180 days clause...

Please confirm gurus thanks for the help.

Please can some one give a confidence whether I am eligible to apply ILR as per my situation explained above?

Your initial period between visa EC and entry to UK if within 90 days will be counted towards 5 yr qualifying period. SO that is not an absence. You should be fine
