Paragraph 62 with reference to 60 (ii), 57 (i) (b), 57 (ii) (b) and 57 (iv) of HC 395 as amended

The applicant arrived in UK on student Visa, Three years visa was initially issued to the applicant dated from September 2000 until October 2003.
First leave to remain was applied and one year leave was granted from November 2005 until November 2004.
Whereas, the second leave to remain was applied on November 2004, and was refused with a right of Appeal on January 2005.
The said appeal was withdrawn on December 2008 but before that the Applicant applied for leave to remain under International Graduate Scheme (IGS).
The said application under International Graduate Scheme (IGS) was withdrawn and the applicant voluntary departure from UK on his own expenses.
Presently the applicant is interested to pursue in law conversion course from UK. Kindly advise what are the prospect of the applicant of getting student visa under Tier 4 visa scheme.
