Business Visa- Urgent

I am having ten years multiple entry USA business visa. I would like to visit New York for holidays during Christmas, do i need any other type of visas like visitor or can i still use my existing visa?

US visas that are valid for business trips are also usually valid for holiday visits. What sort of visa is it (i.e. what is the type of visa)?

It's visa R and Type/Class B1/B2 with Multiple entries

A B1/B2 visa is for business and tourism so yes, you can use your existing visa for your forthcoming holiday.
