Appeal withdrawn and appeal rights if ILR refused

If I withdraw my appeal and lodge ILR on LR, if incase the ILR is refused, would I be given the right of appeal?

What are my rights in case I not given the right of appeal?

At what stage is your appeal?

Is it at the error of law stage or at the FTT stage

Hi no further appeal right. Only option left is JR.

And u wont get ILR until u solve your deception thing
