tier 4 , 5 year time cap

I have previously completed a bachelor's degree of 3 years and counted time towards the 5 year time cap as 34 months and I went on to complete a masters which was meant to take a year (12 months) from September2010- sept 2011 but I had co complete resits and ended up completing in December but don't uptain my official results until January 2012 .will this period uptill January count towards the 5 year time cap even though I did it within the time Iwas granted on my visa for the course as you get extra time after yyour course ends by immigration??? Pleased need some urgent help?

I am getting concerned now as I still have not received a HO approval as yet, Is it normal to have to wait so long.

hi, I have come to UK in 13th April 2009 in normal student visa ( not tier 4). I have finished level 4 in 2011. I sent for extension under tier 4 for level 6 but college was revoked and I had got time for 60 days. I have taken admission in a university with 3 moths English course but my main course duration is from 01/10/12 to 30/09/2015 on Level 6 BA honours. My visa will be expired on 31st January 2016. My question is shall I able to take admission on Masters with pre-masters course as I will get 3rd class in BA. Is there any good suggestion for me or any other alternatives for me. Thanks.
