Points for English Language Tier 1 General

I am planning to apply for extension of my Tier 1 General Application. In the English Language Section there are two options

1. Degree Taught in English
2. You are currently in the United Kingdom as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, or as a HSMP participant and have previously satisfied the English Language requirement

Now both are true for me as in the previous application I got the points for English as my Degree was taught in English. I am not sure which option to choose.
Can someone please help. Should I choose option 2?

I am sorry but this is a silly question and someone has to say it.

I will be silly too and answer that yes, for renewal, you select option 2 unless you have a higher degree than before and you want to claim more points.
