Please Help for filling the form

Hi Gurus

I am bit confused to fill up the form for my son who is going to apply t1 general dependent from outside UK, as he live in UK with us and he never been to outside UK. My questions are

Q1. Country of residence ? (is that UK or Pakistan)

Q2. How long do you intend to stay in the UK ?

Q3. What is your permanent residential address and contact details ?

Q4. Do you speak English ?

Hi

1. Pakistan if he is applying from there. OR UK if he is applying from UK

2. Until the EXPIRY date written on the Main Applicant Visa

3. Again the address where he is currently living and applying for.

As if he is UK he can't write PAK address. or if he is in PAK he can't mention UK address.
