BRP delivery

Post by asmiali » Wed Jan 28, 2015 12:33 pm

All,

If DX delivers the BRP at a time when you are not at home, do they leave a note saying we tried to deliver? It has now been 6 working days and no BRP yet.

Phone them on 0844 371 3335 and provide your post code they will let you know if they have any outstanding delivery for you .
if they have then you can rearrange redelivery or can pick your self one of their depot.

Do both parties need to be present to get the BRP or can the dependent take both the BRPs?

Anyone of you or your dependent can receive the parcel. Also, if you are not going to be around at weekdays and the depot is too far, you can use their weekend redelivery service costing approx £6 per parcel (you have to pay twice for 2 BRP cards)

Cheers,
Bob
