HO WANT WITHDRAW DECISION IF I WITHDRW PRMISSIN 2 APEAL

Hi Guys,

am new one, i need ur sugesstion,i apply tier1 (enterprenure),got refusal ,i had appeal allowed from 1st tribunal,but HO went to upper tribunal, and apeeal is dismmissed by upper tribunal,(decision) in favor of HO.
i went 2 court of appeal 4 permission 2 appeal.now HO is agree to withdraw his original decision and 'll reconsider application if i withdraw permission 2 appeal.please i need all of ur sugesstion regrding that plz!

plz advise me ASAP as i have to make it final tomarrow,either i have to withdraw permission 2 appeal or go with court....?

Same like you my situation I won my appeal in ftt. upper tirubunal dismissed my case.now I went to court of appeal permission received decision last week my case adjourned
How long your case processing time can you explain me your case details please

its been two months,am waiting 4 permission to appeal,permission to appeal decision is adjourned by the court,court required explanation by the HO.HO offrd me to withdraw apeal as they withdraw original decision and reconsider me.

i applied to COA permission to appeal on sep 1 I got decision on jan 5 th my case adjourned awaiting decision in
another case still waiting ...

status also... Judge will give decision after judgement in para 41sd cases and para245 aa cases in court of appeal
