Congratulations on this good news!

Did you taken photocopies of all originals? the photocopies were returned or kept?
What cohabitation documents you provided (how many on joint and each name) ?: and rough idea on the cohab docs types.

Thanks & Regards

From this forum, I learnt that taking photocopies of all the originals help speed up the application process and that was what I did and they returned just the originals back to me.

Secondly, for the cohabitation documents we selected from the last 2 years our joint account bank statements for every quarter, council tax bills on joint names, tenancy agreement on joint names and some other documents/bills on individual names.

Hope this helps.

The only holidays I had were my annual leave and I never travelled out of the country so I did not provide any documents regarding that.

I am having following queries in SET O form under section 6 and 7

Section 6.1 when did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK?
Through Work permit first I entered UK on 27-Sep-2007 and I was working on Work permit for 2 years and went back to India From India I applied for Tier1 General Visa on 27-March 2009 and I came back to UK on 18-June-2009 and continuously staying in UK on Tier1 1 general Visa.
I am bit confused which date to be mention in this section 27-Sep-2007 or 18-June-2009

Section 6.2 any absences from the UK
For my ILR application I am considering my 5 years calculation from 04-March-2010 to 03-March-2015. Under this section I am providing the absence details during this period. Is it ok or I needed to provide the absence details from my first entry to UK (i.e. 27-Sep-2007)

Section 7.11: how long lived in UK
First time I entered to UK was on 27-Sep-2007.
Please let me know whether I need to calculate the number of years lived from 27-Sep-2007.
In the table whether I need to mention all my absence from 27-Sep-2009 or I need to mention only the my last 5 years absence in the list

Could you please clarify the above queries at earliest

Thanks!

Samy
