Tier 2 Cos endate and Visa end date

Hello,

My COS is ending 16-Feb-2015. My visa expires by 24 -Feb-2015. I will not work after 15-feb-2015 ,whether I will be allowed to stay in UK on that day and will i be allowed leave UK on 17th feb 2015?.

Please help!

You need to leave the UK before the expiry date on your BRP, which I assume is 24-Feb-2015 based on the information you have provided.

Thanks for your reply.In my passport the visa expires on 24 feb 2015. I am not sure about BRP.

BRP is Biometrics Residence Permit.

You need to exit the UK any day before the 24th of February 2015, before your visa expires
