hi I am in UK 6 years and 4 months by tier 4 and PSW. now applied for Entrepreneur visa on 2014 july. But refused and apple for that . now waiting for the apple decision from the court. But i am afraid that the decision will not come to my fever .
So my question is can I apply to FLR privatee life. What is the rule can any body reply.. and I am single , out of my country from 2008 and never visit there up to now, is that any issue for FLR visa?

Read guidance of FLR (FP) on UKVI website....do u hv any exceptional circumstances for private life claim.
