Father ILR, Mother PBS Dependant FLR and Child born in India

Post by anilv » Mon Feb 16, 2015 11:39 pm

Hello,

I live in the UK on ILR visa (originally came to the UK under Tier 2 PBS visa and completed 5 years), my wife holds PBS Dependant Leave to Remain (Originally came to the UK as Tier 2 PBS dependant) until Oct 2017 and our child was born in India in Dec 2014 and currently got his Indian passport.

- What visa type can we apply for my son to come to the UK?

Anil

Tier 2 PBS Dependants to ILR

Post by anilv » Fri Oct 02, 2015 10:45 am

Hello,

I live in the UK on ILR visa (originally came to the UK in Oct 2009 under Tier 2 PBS visa and completed 5 years), my wife holds PBS Dependant Leave to Remain (Originally came to the UK as Tier 2 PBS dependant in Feb 2013) until Oct 2017 and our son was born in India in Dec 2014 and came to the UK in Mar 2015 on a Tier 2 PBS dependant visa until Oct 2017.

I am currently applying for British citizenship:
- What is the process and timelines involved for my wife to be eligible for her ILR and later Brirtish Citizenship?
- What is the process and timelines involved for my son to be eligible for his ILR and later Brirtish Citizenship?

Thanks,
A

Your wife and child may be eligible for ILR after your wife resides in the UK for 5 years as your PBS dependant.
