Regarding investment for extension

HI everyone ,

I am on 50k route at the moment and having an extension on april 2016 . With the grace of God my business is going good at the moment and I am in a process of byuing a property for my business with long term registered lease for approx 25k . Just wanted to know if that will be counted as appropriate investment ? as its not free hold and its lease agreement .

Any sugesstions from experts and other memebers will be really appreciated .

According to my understanding, any commercial spending (like to buy the lease) will count towards investment.

But still wait for experts comments.

I think 50% of the property will count as investment.
